the hotel location is great near stations and coffee shops. staff is attentive and helped with a room key issue. i found the room clean and it provided what i needed for a quick stay.
the room furniture looked like it had been thrown off a cliff. the carpet looked like a crime scene. i would like these issues resolved.

The hotel was near king's cross station. This made travelling very easy. i found several coffee shops in the immediate area too. the staff was attentive and helped me with a room key issue i encountered. i appreciated the early check-in as well. This was really helpful.
The room i stayed in had a lingering smell of cigarettes which was a bit off-putting. It seemed like previous guests had been smoking indoors
